Checked every aspect of the house including moisture. Found things that I never would have even thought to look at on my own. Wrote an extremely thorough report including current building codes which was very helpful during my final walk through with the builder before closing.

Description Of Work:
Inspected all systems for my home remodeling project: Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, drywall, framing, every aspect of the remodel. He climbed onto the roof and sprayed water to detect leaks, crawled into my crawl space as needed, and spent several hours completing each inspection.

Mike Sebastian was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, honest, diligent and accurate. He is an ICC Code Certified Residential Home Inspector. His reports were extremely thorough; they included color photographs and detailed descriptions of everything that needed to be fixed (including quoting chapter and verse any code violations that were present). He had all of the necessary equipment to do the job right (gauges and meters for moisture, gas, etc.). He is very knowledgeable. He was always looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend him!
